Here’s a scrumptious dessert that can be enjoyed any time of year.

Ingredients:
250g Digestive biscuits
100g Melted butter
1 Tin of dulce de leche
1 tbs Icing sugar
275ml Double cream
2 Bananas
Dark chocolate (grated)
Method:
Step 1: Crush the digestive biscuits and add the melted butter. Mix very well.
Step 2: Line the tin with digestive biscuits and put in the fridge to set. Ensure you place some of the biscuits around the side.
Step 3: Empty ½ of can of the caramel (dulce de leche) into a saucepan. Boil for 5 mins stirring constantly.
Step 4: When the base has set, place the boiled caramel on to the biscuit base, spread evenly.
Step 5: Slice the bananas thinly. Add the sliced bananas on top of the caramel.
Step 6: Add the ½ of tin uncooked caramel over then add the rest of sliced bananas.
Step 7: Whip the cream and add the icing sugar.
Step 8: Spread the whipped cream on top of the caramel and sliced bananas.
Step 9: Refrigerate until needed.
Step 10: To jazz up your dessert, add grated chocolate on top! Easy!
